We are seeking an Electrical Construction Manager – Public Utilities to manage substation construction and electrical installation projects across Georgia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can guide crews through the substation projects specifically the equipment installation and power integration part of the projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Manager – Public Utilities position include:
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction with a strong focus on industrial and utility projects.
- Extensive hands-on experience in power, substation, and manufacturing plant environments.
- Oversee the electrical phase of utility infrastructure projects, including setting equipment and pulling power into substations.
- Lead a team of 6–8 electrical subcontractors on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and project efficiency.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Project Manager with field leadership capability is desired.
- Ability to manage schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and meet the demands of high-volume utility projects.
- Flexible to travel within the southeast, especially to job sites in and around Georgia.
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus potential.
