We are seeking an Electrical Construction Area Manager in Jacksonville, FL, to build and lead the electrical division covering the region from Savannah to Gainesville. This is a unique leadership role where you will shape your team, manage high-profile industrial projects, and receive strong support.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Area Manager position include:
- 10+ years of electrical construction experience in industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience with industrial projects, utilities, power, substations, and manufacturing plants.
- Lead and grow the electrical division
- Oversee teams, project execution, staffing, and scheduling to ensure client satisfaction.
- Estimate or manage the estimation of electrical projects and deliver competitive bids.
- Coordinate field operations, manage budgets, and maintain safety compliance.
- Interface with clients, conduct site walks, and hold team members accountable.
- Ensure procurement of long-lead items, approve project changes, and review all documentation.
Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
