Qualifications and responsibilities for this Directional Drill Operator position include:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or training.
- Knowledge of safety systems, strike alerts, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to safely operate directional drills and perform daily maintenance.
- Expertise in mixing drilling fluids and caring for rods.
- Proficiency in loading, unloading, and transporting drill equipment.
- Capability to safely identify utilities, dig pits, and restore job sites.
- CDL Class “A” driver’s license preferred.
- Willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations as required.
Salary: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including two weeks of vacation, three days of personal time off, health, dental, and vision insurance (portion covered by the company beginning the first of the month after 60 days), and a 401(k) with a 4% match and immediate vesting (starting the first of the month after 90 days).
