Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Survey position include:
- Must be a Licensed Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) in Texas
- TxDOT precertification experience required (15.1.1 ROW Survey, 15.2.1 Design Survey, 15.2.2 Construction Survey, 15.3.5 Horizontal and Vertical Control)
- Experience with city, county, and TxDOT surveying projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation, with familiarity in OpenRoads
- Lead and participate in on-site project kick-off meetings and manage a dedicated Survey Technician
- Oversee field survey operations and ensure project timelines and KPIs are met
- Review and prepare survey documents and plats to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Relocation bonus offered for strong candidates currently residing in Texas
Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus up to 10% performance-based bonus.
