A cutting-edge AI robotics company in Los Angeles is looking for a Director of Product to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of its innovative robotic solutions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Product position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with expertise in AI-driven robotics, automation, or similar industries.
- Strong technical background in machine learning, AI, robotics, hardware development, and software
- Ability to oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
- Experience integrating off-the-shelf hardware with AI to create complete, scalable robotic systems.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional collaboration, working with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
- Understanding of manufacturing and production environments, including part flow, automation processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Ability to develop product strategies that balance short-term needs with long-term growth.
- Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders, sales teams, and investors.
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% covered medical insurance for employees and their families, 75% coverage for dental and vision, a $1,000 discretionary fund, 401(k) with a 5% match, 15 vacation days, 5 sick days, 6 paid holidays, bereavement leave, and parental leave. Relocation assistance is available with a $10,000 bonus and additional support for dependents.
