Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Field Operations opportunity include:
- 5+ years of experience working in operations
- Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines
- Proficient in data analysis software
- Oversee safety program by delegating tasks, scheduling safety meetings, and conducting job site visits
- Collaborate with HR to create job descriptions, hire, and manage employee training, including staff evaluations
- Coordinate with departmental heads to develop financial plans, ensure compliance, monitor revenue margins, and optimize budgets
Salary: $125,000 - $ 165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
