This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including the newly acquired Delta ModTech machine, producing advanced products such as transdermal patches and bandages. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Delta ModTech Press Operator position include:
- 3-10 years of working experience operating Delta converting machines: rotary die cutting / roll-to-roll die cutting.
- Expertise in setting up and adjusting presses to meet precise specifications.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products and making necessary adjustments.
- Perform troubleshooting, press maintenance, and cleaning duties.
- Assist in R&D initiatives to develop innovative new products and applications.
- Strong shop math skills and familiarity with inspection tools like calipers.
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
- Proficiency with computers and understanding of materials used in the printing industry, such as film stocks and inks.
Salary: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
