Qualifications and responsibilities for this Corporate Accountant – Real Estate position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate development or construction
- Proficiency with QuickBooks; open to adopting more advanced financial software
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide project-level financial insights (P&L, trade hours, costs)
- Hands-on transaction-level accounting and financial reporting
- Ability to track performance metrics from demo to finish across multiple projects
- Willingness to work in a startup environment with long-term growth into CFO
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
