Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent role.
- Experience with construction management software such as RedTeam, Procore, or Bluebeam.
- Lead pre-construction meetings to clarify project scope, schedules, and safety expectations.
- Supervise daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and manage on-site resources efficiently.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities and submit daily reports to the Project Manager.
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage with all premiums currently paid by the company, a 401k with a 3% match, and 2 weeks of PTO (negotiable). Mileage reimbursement or possible vehicle allowance is also provided.
