Qualifications for this Construction Superintendent include:
- 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience as a Superintendent
- Will be on-site with work crews daily, overseeing all site construction activities from start-to-finish
- Experience with excavation, demolition, utilities, paving and grading projects is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills in examining construction documents and budgets
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Must be willing to work overnight! We have project sites that can only be active when the customer’s normal business operation has concluded for the day.
- Proficient in Procore
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
