Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction supervision, with expertise in DSA, LA County Schools, or other California K-12 schools,
- Valid driver’s license and OSHA 30 certification required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Bluebeam or Adobe.
- Assist project managers and estimators in the creation of work plans and CPM schedules.
- Schedule and sequence daily activities to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
- Manage field teams to ensure high performance and project completion while upholding company values.
- Hold regular meetings with owners, designers, and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Ensure all required permits and licenses are obtained and work closely with inspection agencies.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings with site staff.
Salary: $100,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
