Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Sales Estimator position include:
- 3+ years of experience in construction sales or related field
- Understanding of the construction industry; knowledge of waterproofing and foundations a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to gather project information and coordinate with internal estimators
- Meet with inbound leads provided by office marketing team
- Travel locally within Nassau and Suffolk counties, occasionally Brooklyn
- Utilize Bitrix CRM and Excel for estimate coordination and client tracking
- Work a Monday-Friday schedule with hybrid flexibility; average of two client appointments per day
Salary: $50,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 5-10% commission on sales.
