Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a well-established team in Tulsa, OK. The company is a Commercial Construction Contractor and is known for having one of the most knowledgeable teams of estimators, project managers, supervisors, and office professionals in the industry.
The ideal Construction Project Manager will be responsible for management oversite for all phases of construction projects, including coordination of employees, subcontractors, material, and equipment. This person must be able to create all subcontractors’ contracts, change orders within the project, and aid in the process of obtaining all licenses and permits.
Qualifications for the position include:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Bachelor's degree with special consideration given to Construction Management degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Negotiation skills as well as strong dispute resolution skills
- Experience with Procore
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
Salary: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.
