Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 3–5 years of project management experience in industrial or commercial construction
- Proven ability to estimate, bid, budget, schedule, and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- Proficient in construction documents, scope development, and compliance with legal requirements
- Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to oversee submittals, procurement, change orders, document control, and quality control processes
- Strong leadership, risk management, and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
