Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum 10 - 20 years of construction experience
- Must have multi-family experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Will be working on midrise projects, including parking structures
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
