Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing high-end custom home construction projects from design to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management and estimating software such as Procore, Sage Contractors, and Excel.
- Exceptional blueprint reading and plan interpretation skills.
- Oversee all project trades, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
- Manage project budgets, permitting, and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Coordinate fieldwork with superintendents and provide 50/50 office-to-site management.
- Conduct project analysis, develop timelines, and ensure successful, turnkey delivery of custom homes.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
