Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – Exterior Facade position include:
- 5+ years of experience managing exterior facade projects including curtain walls, steel structures, and building envelopes
- Strong field experience preferred with a desire to move into an in-office management role
- Experience with Excel required; Bluebeam or similar project software preferred
- Oversee full lifecycle of projects—planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and delivery
- Review and manage contracts and vendor relationships to align with project goals
- Communicate and collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
- Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Prior experience managing large commercial or specialty facade projects is highly desired
Salary: $120,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
