Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager/Estimator position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in project management or estimating in the construction industry preferred, especially in demolition and abatement
- Proficiency with MS Office suite, Procore, Bluebeam, CAD applications, and ERP systems such as JD Edwards
- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and schedules
- Coordinate resources, manage job costs versus budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents; prepare for and participate in bid meetings
- Supervise and mentor estimators and assistant project managers
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular meetings, site visits, and addressing any discrepancies promptly
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities.
