Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management; a construction-related college degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Building Connected, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and ensure processes and systems are consistently followed.
- Lead the construction project team from proposal and estimating through final completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and financial aspects, including change orders and billing.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and design teams to build long-term relationships.
- Oversee permitting and approval processes while ensuring compliance with safety programs.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
