Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- 1-3+ years of experience in construction or project management (multi-family or light commercial preferred)
- Ability to manage 3-4 active projects from start to finish, including change orders and subcontractor coordination
- Experience or comfort with on-site project management; 50/50 split between field and remote work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; Buildertrend is a plus
- Must be local to Chicago or willing to relocate; all project sites are within 3-4 miles of downtown
- Strong organizational and communication skills; self-starter with a long-term growth mindset
- Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, with occasional Saturdays depending on project schedules
Salary: $50,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
