Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- A minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience is required.
- Detailed knowledge of commercial concrete and/or masonry restoration preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant construction tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or PlanGrid software.
- Ability to read and understand complex drawings and specifications.
- Experience with change management processes and complex issue negotiation and resolution.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate plans to field construction leaders.
- Overall project team leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
