Are you an experienced construction professional with a Georgia General Contractor License looking for your next big opportunity? We’re hiring a Construction Project Manager to join a rapidly growing and family-oriented company with a national presence, headquartered in Georgia but offering flexibility to work anywhere in the state. This organization specializes in high-impact infrastructure projects including landfill construction and flyash disposal, providing excellent retention, career growth, and stability—even between assignments!
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- MUST HAVE a valid Georgia General Contractor License
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory construction experience, especially in dirt work, landfill construction, or site prep
- Experience managing projects involving flyash disposal, land clearing, pad construction, and utility coordination
- Strong ability to review specifications, create job setups, and lead on-site teams with versatility
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability and willingness to travel 80–90% of the time, with projects ranging from 1 month to 6 years
- Lead field activities, ensure adherence to specs and budget, and manage subcontractors and internal teams
- Must be safety-oriented, quality-driven, and able to adapt quickly to shifting project priorities
Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
