Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in large-scale construction; HVAC experience preferred.
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ranging from $50K to $10M+.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software (training available).
- Ability to coordinate labor, materials, and logistics with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable leading projects across multiple industrial buildings with light travel.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal reporting.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
