Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Foreman position include:
- 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial or industrial settings (residential experience also considered)
- Ability to lead in the field, read construction plans, perform takeoffs, and take charge of crews and situations with confidence
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction crews to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards
- Plan and implement job schedules to keep tasks moving efficiently and within budget
- Promote and enforce job site safety and regulatory compliance
- Act as a communication bridge between field crews, project managers, and stakeholders
- Oversee job quality, address issues on-site, and ensure materials and equipment are in order
- Train and mentor less experienced team members while keeping detailed records of progress
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
