We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and support our VP of Pre-Construction in delivering top-quality projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:
- 10+ years of construction estimating experience; 10+ years preferred, with experience at a general contractor (GC)
- Proficiency with takeoff software such as Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and Microsoft Office Suite
- Perform quantity takeoffs, develop project scopes, and itemize trade-specific bid packages
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and local municipalities for permitting and project requirements
- Engage in RFI submissions and bid solicitation to support the pre-construction process
- Organize and distribute bid documents, and review plan revisions with stakeholders
- Identify value engineering opportunities and manage client and team communication
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
