Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Administrator – Architecture position include:
- Minimum of 6 years of construction administration experience in the architectural field
- Strong understanding of construction documents, processes, and procedures
- Proficiency in Procore, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam required
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit highly desired
- Conduct field observations and produce field reports for high-rise multifamily projects
- Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and contractor requests
- Attend and document Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings
- Manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
