Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator position include:
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial and industrial concrete estimating.
- Expertise in plans and specifications review to create accurate project proposals.
- Proficiency with on-screen takeoff software and Excel for estimating and proposal creation.
- Knowledge of concrete-specific practices, including pretension and post-tension systems.
- Experience with projects ranging from $300,000 to $10 million in size.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, depending on project needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and precision.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
