Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Estimator / Project Manager position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in concrete and/or masonry estimating or project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and create accurate estimates
- Familiarity with commercial and multifamily projects ranging from $5K to $3.5M
- Experience using online takeoff and estimating software; Planswift preferred
- OSHA 10 certification and Procore experience are a plus
- Responsible for full-cycle estimating and some project management
- Work closely with a junior project manager to oversee jobs
- 100% in-office position with potential for future hybrid flexibility
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and family, 401(k) with 3% employer match, annual bonuses typically ranging from $10,000 - $20,000, and PTO.
