Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Plumbing Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing; estimating experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Experience with Trimble digital estimating software preferred
- Perform digital takeoffs using Trimble to prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates
- Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and manufacturer quotes to ensure competitive and compliant pricing
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with vendors and team members
- Work on-site full time, Monday through Friday, with a flexible 6:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule
- Demonstrate an understanding of diverse piping systems and code-compliant installation methods
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
