Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Masonry Estimator position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or related roles.
- Masonry experience is required, ideally commercial masonry.
- Experience with estimating software such as Tradesmen, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam Revu.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project documents.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to perform takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Comfortable presenting proposals verbally and interacting with clients and general contractors.
- Fully in-office role with standard hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday; some overtime may be required.
- Work on diverse commercial projects ranging from $250K to $21M+, contributing to overall efforts on projects exceeding $100M.
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
