Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Technician position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience across commercial, industrial, and residential systems
- EPA Certification required; additional HVAC certifications highly preferred
- Focus on large commercial start-ups and HVAC system installations
- Participate in an on-call rotation one out of every six weeks
- Work schedule: Monday through Thursday, 4/10s, with minimal overtime
- Assigned projects may span months; jobs located within a 100-mile radius (typically 60 or less)
- Company vehicle and fuel provided; dispatched from home
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Salary: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers health insurance with a $250/month employee cost, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with a 50% employer match up to 6%, and an annual performance-based bonus.
