We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Field Service Supervisor in Williamsburg, VA—a critical role for a hands-on leader passionate about mentoring technicians, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Field Service Supervisor position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- EPA Section 608 Certification
- Supervise and lead HVAC field technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Coordinate service calls, installations, and maintenance tasks with the customer service coordinator
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, codes, and regulations, including vehicle safety/cleanliness inspections and site safety inspections
- Respond to callbacks, provide technical troubleshooting, and coach technicians on lessons learned
- Maintain customer relationships with a strong focus on satisfaction and service quality
- Manage job progress, ensure code compliance, and oversee resource and inventory usage
- Train and mentor team members, encouraging skill development and adherence to best practices
Salary: $82,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
