As a Commercial HVAC Estimator, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate cost estimates, collaborating with industry professionals, and ensuring project success. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Estimator position include:
- Proven experience in HVAC estimating, particularly for mid-rise or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and codes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mid-rise plans.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with estimating software is a plus.
- Review and interpret mid-rise and commercial building plans to prepare detailed HVAC system estimates.
- Develop accurate cost breakdowns, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure project feasibility and accuracy.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a 401(k) plan, health insurance, and 3 weeks PTO.
