With a strong focus on ground-up commercial construction, this company offers a diverse range of projects valued between $1 million and $30 million. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent position include:
- Ground-up commercial construction experience is required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, RedTeam, and Outbuild.
- Oversee day-to-day field operations from project start to completion.
- Schedule subcontractors, direct them on-site, and coordinate material procurement.
- Maintain RFI logs, daily logs, weekly photos, and project schedules through Procore.
- Ensure job sites comply with safety protocols and SWPPP regulations.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, owners, and architects.
- Full-time field position, Monday through Friday, plus Saturdays as needed.
- Travel reimbursement and per diem provided for out-of-state projects.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based year-end bonus.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits, including weekly pay, medical coverage (up to $325 for family), life insurance, IRA/401K contributions, workers’ compensation, reimbursable dental and eye care, 12 days of vacation, and 5 sick days.
