If you're a seasoned Construction Project Manager with a background in commercial construction, we have the opportunity for you! Based in Venice, FL, we are working with an established general contractor who specializes in complex commercial and healthcare projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:
- 10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
- Healthcare experience (hospitals, medical offices, surgical centers) is highly desired
- Knowledge of Procore and/or MS Project
- Strong understanding of construction laws and regulations
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, and resources
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
