Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience working for a general contractor on commercial projects.
- Strong background in open store remodels, big-box retail, grocery, restaurants, industrial, and entertainment venues (movie theaters, amphitheaters).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
- Ability to lead and manage project teams ranging from 1-50 people.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Travel 2-3 times per month for project oversight (local and out-of-state, with company vehicle provided for local travel).
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers health insurance, a 401k plan, PTO and sick time, and a company-paid $25,000 life insurance policy.
