Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator/Project Manager position include:
- A minimum of 5 years of commercial construction and estimating experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with any CAD experience being a plus
- Driving sales through existing clients and generating new business opportunities
- Preparing estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
- Coordinating with the Superintendent on project needs once awarded
- Negotiating pricing with vendors and managing project purchases
- Collaborating with accounting to keep projects on budget
- Ensuring that all projects exceed company standards in safety and quality
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
