Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- 5-10 years of CNC programming experience in an aerospace or precision machining environment.
- MUST have proficiency in NX software.
- Experience with Fanuc, Heidenhain, and other CNC machine controls.
- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and machine operation.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times and machining efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming or machine-related issues on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with engineers and machinists to select and optimize cutting tools.
- Ensure adherence to aerospace industry quality and precision standards.
- Work hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to support production goals.
- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
