Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC lathe programming, setup, and operation
- Proficiency in G-Code programming for Haas Lathes (SL10, ST40, TL3W)
- Experience with Fusion 360; Mastercam experience is a plus
- Ability to set up and optimize programs for efficiency and precision
- Supervise and train CNC operators, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot machining issues, and collaborate with QA for FAI and in-process inspections
- Maintain and document CNC programs, setups, and tooling solutions
- Perform routine maintenance and coordinate machine repairs as needed
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities up to 50 hours per week
Salary: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
