Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager position include:
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of site/civil engineering experience, focusing on land development.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Strong communication abilities to effectively engage clients and collaborate with teams.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage civil site design projects from initial concept through completion.
- Mentor and inspire a team of engineers and designers, fostering excellence and creativity.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring their vision and needs are met.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure success.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
