Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Engineer position include:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in land/site development design engineering with a focus on stormwater management.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD software.
- A Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not required; experience is key.
- Strong knowledge of site layouts, utility design, erosion control, grading, drainage, road design, and stormwater management.
- Drafting, designing, and engineering for development projects, from master planning to site design and approvals.
- Performing accurate site layouts, utility design, and earthworks analysis.
- Designing erosion control measures, drainage systems, and roadways, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintaining communication with the design team and project managers to manage and complete projects efficiently.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
