Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer, PE position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure (Required).
- 5+ years of post-licensure experience with residential and commercial site development projects in the DFW area.
- Strong proficiency in Civil 3D (Required).
- Lead and manage both the design and management aspects of civil engineering projects.
- Utilize Civil 3D for drafting, grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Oversee site development, planning, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with the survey team and clients to ensure project success.
- Develop technical reports, plans, and specifications.
- Help establish and grow the new engineering department within the firm.
Salary: $110,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
