Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer – Land Development position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; EIT certification required, PE preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
- Experience or familiarity with stormwater management design preferred
- Prepare site, grading, utility, and stormwater management plans
- Collaborate with project managers, senior engineers, and clients to deliver quality projects
- Assist with permitting, compliance, and construction documentation
- Participate in client meetings and internal team discussions
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
