Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Project Manager position include:
- 4–5 years of experience in civil estimating and construction management.
- Experience with projects ranging from $200,000 to $200 million in scope.
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Construction Estimating or related field.
- Proficiency with estimating and project management tools such as HeavyBid, HeavyJob, and Agtek (Aztec).
- Expected to work in-office from 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with 50% of time spent on-site locally in Sarasota.
- No direct reports, but will collaborate with a team of three in-house estimators and one external consultant.
- Must possess a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and drive to grow into a future leadership position.
- Open to candidates from outside Florida who have relevant experience and align with company culture.
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance after 60 days, six paid holidays, company closure during the weeks of July 4th and Christmas, one week of PTO after one year, eight days of universal time, a 401k with 1% company match, eligibility for an employee stock ownership plan after one year, annual holiday bonus, employee assistance program, and 70% health coverage for employees and 55% for dependents.
