Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD Designer position include:
- Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Carlson InRoads is required.
- Operate CAD systems to create, update, and modify engineering drawings and maps.
- Develop and incorporate subdivision plats, survey data, and project drawings into maps.
- Assist in designing and drafting plans for residential, commercial, and roadway projects.
- Work closely with engineers, surveyors, builders, and regulatory agencies to ensure accuracy in project plans.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, maps, and survey data.
- Prepare detailed, accurate CAD drawings from field survey data and engineering specifications.
- Ability to work on-site five days a week in a collaborative team environment.
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
