Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Executive - Architecture position include:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field; MBA or legal-business dual background is a plus
- 8–10+ years of experience in strategic business roles, preferably in design-related or regulated environments
- Proven track record of driving business development and securing large-scale projects ($1M+)
- Deep understanding of planning, project development stages, and financial performance
- Ability to identify new market opportunities and lead long-term strategic initiatives
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a horizontal organizational structure
- Experience with proposal strategy, pricing accuracy, and budget oversight
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills; fluency in English required
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
