Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Enclosure Inspector position include:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, roofing, or building envelope-related work preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam; AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
- Ability to read and navigate construction drawings and specifications
- Conduct on-site quality assurance inspections and minor testing of commercial roofing systems
- Assist with diagnostics, evaluations, and report writing during the rainy season
- Provide project support including proposal development and administrative tasks
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
- Excellent observation, communication, and documentation skills
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 4% match after one year, PTO accrual starting at two weeks, year-end bonus/profit sharing based on performance, and a company-provided cell phone.
