Qualifications and responsibilities for this Biomedical Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (required)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience designing and developing biomedical or electromechanical devices
- Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks 3D CAD for design and documentation
- Hands-on experience with basic electronics, motors, RS232 control modules, and gear systems
- Programming experience in Python, C++, or similar languages preferred
- Ability to analyze imaging data and contribute to software-enhanced device functionality
- Collaborative mindset to work with chemists, software developers, and the CEO on device R&D
- Strong documentation, compliance, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
