Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM/VDC Coordinator position include:
- Associates degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the building industry.
- 4+ years of experience in a BIM or VDC-related role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Expert-level knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, or Solibri.
- Experience with Trimble ProjectSight and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Lead and support VDC implementation in various project phases.
- Manage project setup and lead BIM and MEP coordination sessions.
- Create and maintain 3D models, site logistics plans, and 4D schedules.
- Provide training and support for VDC goals on active construction sites.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
