Qualifications and responsibilities for this BIM Modeler opportunity include:
- Revit proficient architectural drafter
- AutoCAD and SketchUp experience is appreciated!
- Ability to contribute to project success during all stages of design development, construction documentation and construction administration
- Knowledgeable of Building Codes and willing to learn
- Will create 3D Models of projects, supporting Architect(s) in the creation of detailed construction documents for all project phases
Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, HSA with $1,000 contribution to get started, 2 weeks PTO, and paid holidays.
